Ok understood

This is a permission issue on install. The images aren't copied properly in the images directories.
Open [ROOT OF YOUR SITE]images and [ROOT OF YOUR SITE]administrator/images and perform the install again. Chmod 777 on both directories.
NOTE: After that, you can can close the directories again
