publish on frontend without approval [soved] was created by cuby

To give somebody access to publish on the frontend without giving approval, this person must have the correct rights as Joomla user (publisher), correct?
But how can I prevent this person that he/she also can also edit the normal Joomla articles in the frontend?

hello
actualy only administrator can approve an item
or you can selected the state of item in submission link (when you created your link menu)
