Right to see a menu entry was created by barrancoguillaume

I have a main menu with entries. Some entries are visible only for some groups. Here what I did :
I created a new menu entry in my main menu. I didn't set anything in "Access level". Then, I created two groups in FlexiAccess and put two different users in these groups (one in each group).
I went to "Frontend & content" in FlexiAccessclicked on my new menu entry, unset the read right for the goup "members" and set it for all the groups except for one.
I deleted the cache and I logged in my site with the user who have the right to see the entry and it wasn't here.

What did I do wrong ?

I am on this since yesterday and I'm desperate...

Nobody has a clue for this one ?
The entreprise where I work have another site where we use flexiacces to display some menu entries and it work for this other site.
I searched for differences and I didn't find anything...
I really need help for this issue

did you hack your module ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
