OK, I changed the description text in Announces.

And I re-arranged the French forums to be closer to the new arrangement in the International forums.

Please review and let me know any specific changes needed.
Change text, forums, etc.

Need sleep . . . so it will be later . . .

Thanks for your works

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
