I took a look at the Joomla.fr forum.
It uses vBulletin.
And I cannot see what you are describing.

There may be a mod for phpBB3 which does something similar,
but I would need to know exactly what it is supposed to do.

in joomla french forum we have a dropdown list with information it iteresting to add a prefix to topic

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
