please do not change this language file directly, just

1. examine the language file, to see the language strings

2. then use the "Override" feature in Joomla language manager to add desired language strings

Joomla 2.5+ create language files where overrides of language strings can be placed:
FRONTEND: language\overrides\en-GB.override.ini
BACKEND: administrator\language\overrides\en-GB.override.ini

These files are edited by J2.5+ language manager, and load by Joomla language loader automatically.

D'accord, j'ai donc remis les fichiers de langue dans leur état initial et j'ai fait une substitution avec la bonne chaine et la bonne valeur. ça marche !

e.g. search for: Read More ...

and you will find that it is the language string:
FLEXI_READ_MORE
