please upgrade to v2.2.0 r1910 with the link i gave you

I upgraded and tried with chrome/firefox

but, I was thinking about work computer restriction. I will try tonight from my personal computer. maybe there is some function blocked.

if still nok, I will re install the admin template by default and will retry. maybe there is some conflict here
