FLEXIContent - v2.0.0 - final for J2.5 released (r1648)

I have tested advanced search in v1.5.6 for J1.5 , i have not made extensive tests in v2.0, just updated code, will fix by the time of final release

for advenced search two bug :
-impossible to search less then 3 caracteres
-impossible to search special caractere => for exemple
' become \\ ...etc

This work is very great and impressiv, I found some bugs,

In blog-view of any category, I can only see an image of the content of the item, not an image of an image-field, which is declared to show in blog-view.

The tooltips, when my mouse is over the print-button ore anything else has no background, especial at the module to show the item-description over the title of any item.

I can't get a pdf of any item, there is no result of the pdf-view.

The toolbar I can not save anything of them.

I use the latest version v2 RC1 r967 for joomla 1.7.

About blog category layout i think we have fixed same issue for v1.5.6 for J1.5, it must be same bug.

Tooltips, i have fixed for one of my websites somewhere, it was related to the joomla template css ??? (i will try to find fix to force a background), it took me a few time to find the css class because of the popup thing i could use firebug ...

About pdf, i have seen, yes it doesn't work ... not sure why i must search , i hope to fix by final version, maybe it will be easy, also J1.7 has removed some libraries from the distribution maybe it is this, if someone knows more, please tell me to save some time.

About toolbar please explain, which toolbar ? save what?

The Article-Toolbar, when I check to display no title and no pdf, so I save and it dosn't save this. Sorry for my English.

After several years of waiting, finally there is a software web 2.0!
Flexicontent allows interaction such as wiki, but with the advantage of better looks. Allows the user to add or edit content collaboratively as a forum, but with the advantage of custom fields: text, files, images, combo boxes, videos.

The pdf function is ok in joomla1.5.

In joomla 1.7 generate this message (in two test sites):

The PDF feature was removed in J1.6/1.7.
That is why there are no settings for this anymore in Article Manager, Menu Manager, etc.
The class JDocumentPDF was in:
\Joomla_1.5.25-Stable-Full_Package\libraries\joomla\document\pdf\pdf.php
That file and folder do not exist in J1.6/1.7.


For those of you who want to add this feature . . .
The only PDF option I am aware of for J1.6/1.7 is Phoca PDF.
But, that would probably require a plug-in for FLEXIcontent.
I doubt Phoca will develop the plug-in.
The only plug-ins they have right now is Content and VirtueMart.
So users who want this for FLEXIcontent would need to hire a developer to create the plug-in for Phoca PDF.
This would also require changes to FLEXIcontent templates and views.
These are just guesses, one would need to fully research how it works.

As joomla 1.7 don't have pdf libraries, this module allows to convert a page of joomla to pdf
