This is maybe a css issue,
You can you do "view page" and go to the html code of the image field (it should be easy go near the search in the text editor in which you load the html source for the phrase "New File")
and look if there is a button to upload, if the button is there, it means it ia a css issue

Send me a PM with user/password access and i will see this easily.
Then i will update the FLEXIcontent css file to avoid problems with your site and similar sites

I was confused by your initial post ...

There is NO UPLOAD button !!!

instead you
1. (browse &) select the new file to upload
2. and then click on the save item button

So you have a javascript error during validation process and the item form does not submit ?

If so,
why you think it is connected to the image field?

Can you clean javascript errors in the console and the n reload item , select file , click save and the check the javascript console for errors?

I don't know what's happening, but here is what I tried:

- Firefox does not give any JavaScript errors, just some warnings.
- I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox. At home from a MAC and at work with a PC
- I changed the template to the standard Joomla templates in back and front end.

Nothing happens! I can PM login information to the page if you want.

Every field has a label and a name
The field label can be any text,
but the field must not can any spaces

You had spaces in the name of the image field

Correct any other field that has space in its name and replace spaces with underscores
