As far as I can understand the menulink can link one tag or one category.
I need the menulink to link an article that belongs to a combination of two categories.

Cat A
Cat B
Cat C
Cat 1
Article1
Cat 2---Article2
Cat 3
Article3

How can I make a menulink to all articles with the combination of Cat B and Cat 1.

oh, sorry, I misunderstood your question.

Right now, I don't know how you could do that.

I have been trying to list articles with 2 tags, but could not work it out ....

Actually, there may be way to to it, using the fj_related_article mod

The problem I have using it is it works with keywords, and they are not apparently the ones used in Flexicontent ... so I donking, but I am pretty sure if I would be fluent in php, I would know how to work this through

Is someone is willing to have a look ?

Took a quick look at FJ Related Articles Plus.
It is using the same metakeywords field in jos_content.
But there is a check to see if it is currently on an article page which is tied to com_content.
So since it is on a com_flexicontent page it does not display anything.
Fixing that and the related item link may work.
Have to try this later.
