Display a custom text instead of the email in EMAIL field

About your comment about adding EXTRA properties to the file field.

The motivation of adding extra property(ies) to the email field was exactly this ... do it first time for one field while maintaining compatibility and then apply this modification to other fields

Just if we modify file field more places will need a little updating , e.g. the filemanager, but i think this is the way to go.

This way the file field will have a custom title and description that can override the one in the file manager, plus you can have multi-language support if you choose to associate item translations together.
