Override Layout file (in tmpl folder)

Hiding main category from the multi-category list maybe both beneficial in some but it is confusing, since it when changin main category it will re-appear in the list. This is not supported in the newer version either.

The newer version for both J1.5/J2.5 will only list categories in which user has create-privilege (like it is in standard J2.5 article editor)
