mmm, it is wrong to apply opening and closing texts if no values exist.

e.g. text field does not add them

I will update/correct the file plugin ...

(a) Fixed minor issue with file field showing when having no value because of prefix/suffix text being applied,

(b) Grouped field configuration options for fields 'file' and 'text' to allow more is easier / intuitive configuration
