[Fixed r1794] Subcats in "My items" show all assigned items

- 1. (for both "Myitems" / "Author")
Fixed "assigned items" counter for subcats

- 2. Fixed links to subcats to be of type "My items" OR "Author"

all items of the user will be visible , regardless of state and access level


(b) Fixed mootools-more some times not loaded,


(c) Fixed/improved duplicate alias check to allow duplicate alias in different sub-categories AND/OR in different languages


(d) Added to backend items manager, a new filter for including sub-category items from published or unpublished categories

However I face problems in the lower levels of the categories. When you log in my site and click on "My User Stories" you see that the start category is now correct but when you click on "Africa":

1. there is the search/filtering missing and no indication of the amount of stories in the categories

2. when you click on "Africa" again, the user should find his two stories, but there are still all articles displayed

3. in the right upper corner there is this strange code: Which results in a link "Add new content Add new content"

yes the links do not include current filtering, maybe this is an improvement we can do

I think this is necessary to provide some usable workflow for the user. Otherwise he is lost on that page.

Yes, this is the problem. From the usability view I think all levels and everything displayed in the link "My Items" should be only "My Items" in every aspect.

the idea of "My items" / "Author" views is to be usable,

-- so yes current filtering will be included,

-- about inner links not being "my items" type, please test with a built-in template for your subcategory that links to "Africa"

I think all the categories under "my items" use the built-in template "blog" because this was set by me in the menu item "my items" under "Category layout". You can see this when you log in the backend.
