two questions

so you need to do it as many times as category menu items?

what do you mean by 99? the "Start to add parents categories at depth" field on each item?

but you gave me an idea, if the advanced routing plugin works as I think, if I add all the types I´ll only get menu items on the breadcrumb, that is what I want.

I´ll do some tests and let you know

Hello

yes, as description says the category links will not be added for Content Types that you select in the advanced route plugin
Code:
// For some Content Types the pathway should not be populated with category links if ( in_array($item->type_id, $globalnopath) ) break;

Hello

hhmm, forget the item depth

1. disable automatic pathways globally (or at selected categories)
2. Go to content type and disable adding item's category title to the pathway

Regards

This works for items, but not for categories mmm

I mean, I have a menu entry pointing to a subcategory. In its breadcrumb appears the parent category.

Mmmm we always have the option to put the categories on the routing plugin, but it would be interesting a easier mode to do this

bump!

ok, question, why, if I´m disabling automatic pathways globally, why my menu categories have categories on the breadcrumb?

Hello

item depth parameter is used of current menu item is used,
and if enough pathway depth remains, then the parent categories are appended to the pathways (see popup description of parameter when you edit an FC category menu item)

-- you can set item depth of 5 in your menu items to avoid having the categories appended
