[SOLVED] Getting 'Click to select' when add new item was created by lowket

Hi,

in flexicontent (latest version) in frontend, when i want to add a new item, first i see the Add New Item screen, but then it switches to blank screen with message 'Click to select'. I cannot add a new item in front end. How to solve?

First image is correct screen to add articles, i get it for half a second, then it goes away
Second image is what i get, when i click that link...
Third image is screen i get when i click the link

what version number is "flexicontent (latest version)" ?

flexicontent 2.2.1 rc with joomla 3.4.3 and Purity III template with T3 framework (bootstrap).

Update: i switched over to standard Beez template and everything works fine. It must be something with the template, but how do i find out?
