This works properly in v1.5.6, i have really tried to provide the files for v1.5.4 , not sure why it is not working properly.

v1.5.6 will come out soon ...

I'm thinking there is a conflict with another component possibly?

I have installed it on my Joomla Test site here (look at the ADIA news module at the bottom left to test it)

www.bovgtv.com/joomlatestsite2/

...and it works fine. This does NOT include the edited files either (just 1.5.4). I wonder why it is working on my test site?
