Yes, exactly. When editing the item from the backend, I roll out the Set permissions accordion, and choose that the group should have permission to edit this specific item.

Maybe this is a misconfiguration issue,

OK you can send me a PM for this issue with instructions how to view this issue (an example with a specific item and user (i will need both admin login and editor user login)

I am interested if this is a bug, (of course for all other topic please use the forum).

About FLEXIcontent v2.0:

I am (finally) in the process of checking and fixing any permissions issues in categories and items:
About categories i am mostly done (i also need to fix category tree creation according to ACL)
