Some issues in frontend editing

Hello, maybe you should just provide an option to nail it to where the title and content are stored.

I could live with it for all content items, as the interface is static and the user will never see the backend anyway.

I'll have a service page with modules to pick the items to edit from.

Could these unescaped typo-quotes make a problem in the db?

Any ideas of what could cause the copy issue?

Where did you see the serialized values you posted above , in the copy task ?

No, its from a sql dump, you want it?

Its just a bit of a show-stopper for me, I have to copy another 150 items altogether.

Great, there is ninjaExplorer installed. If you need real FTP let me know.
I also checked for php/mysql errors, but theres none.

When creating a new item thru a menu link

- the date is always "Created: 30 November 1999"
- when I click "Add" I'm not taken to the new item, Im taken to the page I was before.

- when I choose "Save and Preview" it works!

With debugging on I had a 500 error, could have tried that earlier:

I looked at the table, some item ids were in deed already there!
I deleted a couple of rows. After that the Flexi item manager suggested to bind 1 row again (very cool) and after that now it works again.

I have no idea how that could have happened. Do you?

I think it was because of frontend form or because of copy task.

Did not have time yet to test copy task in your site, but i think issue may have been because of frontend form.
