which issue ?
you mean the message:
"ERROR no joomfish installed"

I see you have this in frontend item edit form, will fix it,
do you get it on other pages?

I Just installed 1.5.6 RC5 (r1338) over 1.5.6 RC2a (r1057) on a testing machine and I have the same issue:

getlanguageslist(): ERROR no joomfish installed
In FC configuration I have disabled Joomfish support and Edit Joomfish Translations is set to "No, disable warning"
You did say this was fixed in r1305 or did I get this wrong?
I edited flexicontent.helper.php on line 2055 and it works ok now though.

mmm, i tested by uninstalling the Joomfish but this left the joomfish tables behind, so this tricked me from finding the problem.

Place these lines inside compontents/com_flexicontent/views/items/tmpl/form.php

// Language related vars
...
...
...
... // 4 lines

inside:
// Language related vars
Code:
if (FLEXI_FISH || FLEXI_J16GE) { . . . . }

Fixed in r1341, i have left this warning there to detect erroneously trying to get languages in J1.5

Please note that since the fix is in frontend item edit form template file form.php, if you have joomla template override for this file and you upgrade then it will reappear unless you apply fix to you template override file
