I extracted a language file from the flexi zip file and put it on the site and this resulted in no change.

I have attached a folder of the plugin language files that seem to be missing constants/values.

Using extplorer:
admin/language folder is 777 ownership n/a
en-GB folder is 777 ownership n/a
all files in en-GB are 666 ownership n/a.
