Unable to empty a date field

I used the clear inside the pop-up calendar. I also cleared the content of the box using back-space key.

I don't have a delete button as the date is part of a group of field.

i have logged to the website
i have fixed the issue in the website and also added to our github repository
it is good now , you can test

you can open the popup to edit the date and click the "Clear" button of the calendar
after saving and reloading the form, the date field will remain empty
