The template is a copy of blog. I just copied "item"related files(xml and .php files) from the default template.

do you duplicate your template with template administration ?
FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes, but again I copied item.xml and item.php manually from default and replaced them in the template folder by cpanel.

Are you sure that Joomla is loading the <HEAD> tags?
Can you post the page source?

My Joomla/FLEXIContent load this css file automatically.
