Unable to install Beta5a (most recent download)

I get this error on a fresh joomla install of 1.5.15:



* JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* JFolder::folder: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

Yea, I read through that thread before I created this on.

I unpacked the zip file and repacked it and tried to install it - still got the same error.

Not sure what else there is to try.

Ok I tried installing from the Temp directory again and it worked this time!!

Did i miss something?
