No Category in Dropdown for Relation field(Frontend)

I am not sure this is a bug!!

I have relation field and I can select category in backend item form but I don't see category in dropdown in frontend item form.

Please tell us:
- do you same user when trying in frontend / backend, (since different users can have different ACL privileges)
- do you have any JS errors in frontend form?

If both above are OK (use same user with no JS errors), then please send me a PM to check for a possible bug

I will check ACL and JS error and let you know ASAP.

Currently r1693(Latest one) installed.

I have confirmed ACL privileges.
Values editable by: Any editor, Use ACL permission checked.

Actually, I am using Relation field to display item that has Author's info.
I will PM you with URL.

I have found no JS error.
Tested with Firefox and Chrome and cleared cache on browsers.
Seems there is a bug, hope not though.

we speak of frontend/backend item form, right ?
(we do not speak of backend item form and frontend item view, right?)

So, i edited the given item in frontend and backend with same user (super Admin) and was presented with the same result in the item form:
a single category , and category has a single item

NOTE if you use different user, list will include the categories that the user has any of these ACL privileges:

'core.create', 'core.edit', 'core.edit.own'

OR you can give "View ALL categories" FLEXIcontent Component ACL privilege
