No Category in Dropdown for Relation field(Frontend)

Sorry,I can not give "View ALL categories" FLEXIcontent Component ACL privilege.

I really think this is nothing to do with ACL privilege because category(id:1289) and items are set to public.
Am I wrong?

Public , you mean ACCESS FOR --VIEWING--, if so it is not relevant, or do you mean that you have give "create" privilege to unlogged users !?

-- And your logged user probably do no belong to public user group (AND you don't want to assign them to public user-group, because 'public' user-group may have some 'explicit-deny' stuff),
so check the user-group(s) that they belong to e.g. give them edit-own privilege in the desired categories (you do not need to give them 'create' privilege in the desired categories), also better select a the root of subtree of categories that you need

Yes, I meant ACCESS FOR --VIEWING-- is set to public.

I don't understand why it isn't relevant.

Anyway, I have given create and edit_own privilege to the user group. But still can not see it.

If you want to check, please see bottom two groups in ACL privilege list.

One more thing, Can you go to Homepage and see why bootstrap carousel isn't working properly(disappearing every second page, like height becomes to 0px)?
I have duplicated news.php in Universial Module and trying to apply bootstrap carousel. Once it works, I will post it for everyone to share.

I found that disabling mootools has helped!!
I will Update on how to apply Bootstrap Carousel to Universal module.

-- does he belong to 2 groups ? and on the other group you have "explicit" denies ?
-- i see a create privilege there, if your users click to create a new item then can he/she assign the new item to this category ?

Also test this : goto configuration of the relation field and select one more category (so that you have 2 and not one) , then go to item form, do both categories appear?
