[content plugins are slow/heavy] import make internal error

I contacted OVH and , after their advices I can notice that there is a problem with .htaccess file.
Whan I change the name in htaccess_bak the site is still visible

Do you think this could be something to see with my problem ?

I'm trying to see how I could repair it.

.htaccess is needed by joomla SEF URLs

but then again what did the renaming of .htaccess fix ?

it fixed the slow import process? other ?

So when I rename it .htaccess_bak only the first page of the site is visible, but we can not acceed other page

In backend, everything seems ok

... and I still have the same internal error when importing

It's two days I'm waiting for my friend Ben to help me. He is supposed as well to move all the site in another base that I have in my space, in order to redo the install from the beginning. He began, so the site is not accessible, but he did not finish.

OVH told me that it can not be .htaccess problem because the site would not be accessible, and that I should look with Joomla

So I'm waiting for the site to be installed once again and I'll tell you if the problem is solved

1. i did not say it a .htaccess error,

just the "internal server errors" are logged in your web server log, so there should be more information there
-- so you need to look in there

2. a .htaccess problem may appear in some pages only , e.g. it could appear for certain URLs
-- again i dont't say that in this case the internal server error is because of a .htaccess problem, because when you are using a small number of records the process succeeds

In fact, I never said you told me about the .htaccess. It's OVH first message that talked about it

Well ... my friend installed the site to a new base, and it's still making exactly the same error (and just a few importing). The site he installed was a jpa file, made with akeeba, copy of the site .

An it's now one hour I'm trying to give you apache informations about this error.
And I'm not sure i succeeded ... the only thing I found (many times) on ovh statistic page, is :

I found as well one time
But it's strange because there is no trace of the import i've just made ...

Well, I am completely lost !

I've just made another (very small) import and it appears on the page where i can see these entries (in front)
