Button submit an article not display

Hello

i logged as super admin to frontend and the button is shown
(see picture)
is it not shown for some other user that has "create" rights in current category ?

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
-- Add your voice to the FLEXIcontent JED listing with a 5-star...

Thank you very much for your help.When I connect under your login or mine I have no Add or Edit button.So it's a problem with my PC.Yet I formatted it 2 days ago and it is up to date. I am under windows 10.Joomla or Flexicontent are there for nothing.Thank you for watching. I just have to find the cause of the problem on my machine .....Good nightBrigitte

Hello

do you mean that same website in "localhost" does not show the add button ?

and that after uploading the website to online server , then the add button is shown ?
