aaa, yes, we have an open issue for this:

it is not a hard to fix bug but i have been busy with a lot of stuff, and did not fix this bug, i just need some time with no distractions to check and clean-up the ACL of FC v2.0, then commit some almost done features , that i have for quite some time and make changes needed for J2.5 too
i was mostly done with category ACL but then i was interrupted ... some stuff need more clear mind than others. I think will be away from forum for a couple of days.
