field item not display

Sorry; This don't work

I replace with phpmyadmin the 13 item (witch exist already and then deleted), but it is not display in FC menu field.

The item is display in template and work propely

I make this in a new site (local) setup with my network base and version 1.5.6 beta2 (r955)of FC
