si certaine personnes ne voient pas les icones c'est qu'ils arrivent a voir ton site sans https il faut forcer les choses

Dans la config j'avais déjà fait le réglage pour forcer le https pour l'admin et le site.

regarde coté htacess ... il te faut être sur que les soit en https et avec ou sans les www

J'ai oublié de venir répondre. Comme pour les autres sites que je gère, j'avais installé aesecure. Je l'ai désactivé et le problème c'est résolu.
