Hello.
I use joomla 1.5.15 with flexicontent 1.5.4 and flexiaccess.
I have activated the option that says "filterable" for two fields of a form for submission of articles in the frontend.
I edited the category you should see the filter and I have activated the option that says "use filters."
In the "Please select filters" I have checked the two fields which had activated the "filterable"
I created a menu item (flexicontent-category) for data and in this menu item you want to use the filter.
But it does not appear.

The fields are: text, select and radio button.
The text field corresponds to the title of the articles.
I have edited the file "form.php" to insert fields type "select" and javascript functions for each selected value in a field "select" was used to cover the title field.
The title field don't appears in the form when submit articles. Only appears in the category views.
Thus, when a user sends an item, the system covers the title field with the value selected in the "select" that he appears on the form.
I sent two pieces of the file "form.php".
the select field for a user named "ana":
