Looking for a way to collapse directory view

Thank you for the information, this encourages me and confirms my commitment to flexicontent as the solution for my project. Joomla provided about 60% features OOB, flexicontent adds another 25-30% OOB features I need, and over time it looks like flexicontent will continue to fill the gap and save me unnecessary customization work. I am new to flexicontent, I did experiment with others such as K2 and SobiPro before trying flexicontent and so far I am pleased. I can see the potential and just need to learn it more. After a little more experimentation I should have no problem giving flexicontent a 5 star on JED.
