Very disappointed that it's impossible to sort items based on sum of file hits (downloads)...
Will search another component for this.
Thank you for your replies.

P.S. Great CCK, but not so flexible, as I need.

sorry ... mabe in futur ..
you can simulate this with a simple text field : Size (just allow integer value)
=> user need to insert sum of download field
after you can do all what you want ...
not automatique but you can do a great search system

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I understand this method.
May be it possible to send sum data via php code in this field (automaticly)?

For example, each time user download 1 file from list, text field increases on 1.

Hello

currently since v2.1.x
FLEXIcontent also stores some download history / statistics too, but they are not yet display

(the DB table is keep small because it log single entry counter for unlogged users per file)

these will be viewable in the future
