Flexicontent 3.2 - Date format in category filter

Hello

the original "Custom Format" parameter was for MySQL

- but now we use MySQL only if it matches current language
otherwise we do the translation via PHP (creating a Joomla JDate object)

There is not an 100% correspondence between them,
we may need some manipulation e.g. replace %M with 'm' or something
but that was left for later
not a priority now

also v3.2.0-rc2 was released today with some mostly small fixes compared to v3.2.0-rc1
