Item Image not showing in category view

Hi, Well Europe is the most popular category so i am trying to make it 1 lead item followed by 2 column s then was hoping to make all other category's inherit the same settings - but in all fairness i have clicked away and messed it up a bit. Thanks for your help.

Hi - A small thumbnail now appears on items when in category view but i have no idea how i did it so we are almost there
I would be grateful if you can take a look and let me know how i did it
