Hello,

effectively,
-- what needs to be done is add a "template parameter" which will do replacements for all existing configuration options

-- this is rather small task,
but care must be taken that some data are not created without parameters being set so this must be changed too if adding this "template parameter"

-- but since, the content of notifications are configurable including a custom text, this can not be a priority for near future

OK, I understood there are so many feature requests even from me :) .
I will try myself to implement it but I couldn't find a file that has implementation of custom template parameter in relation field.
So please tell me which file do I have to look at.

One more thing that I want to mention is that When I receive emails, all texts, language strings are in English even if I have translated to Japanese in ja-JP language file.

I have set frontend Language to Japanese and backend language to English. Do I have to change backend language to Japanese?
I prefer using English in backend site. :(

Hello,

For relation field the creation of item list with replacement is in helper file flexicontent.fields.php

the language strings for notifications are in backend language file

search for language string like:
FLEXI_NF_*

I got it, Thank you.
Maybe later on, it would be nice to combine all notifications into Flexi Notify Plugin. :)

Hello,

In my opinion, all email notifications are the only communications between users(includes author) and Admin.
So I think all the language strings should be in front-end language file.

For example, if user is from USA then use English language file and if Japanese then load Japanese language file.

What do you think?

Hello,

same notifications are sent for both backend and frontend, so it was more convenient to place it backend (due to frontend item form already loading backend language file)

Yes I know that front end form is using backend language file and this cause some trouble for me.
Both Front-end form and Notification's language file should be located in frontend, not backend I guess. :(
