but it is inside
administrator/components/com_flexicontent/models/parentitemclass.php

file in backend

Not fan either, but I´ll see how you did for the download notifications and if needed, change it and offer you the code to integrate it on next versions.

code for templating is already done in a different place, (as i mentioned above), just not giving time to do it now, because it needs some extra time, copying/updating the code, adding parameters , language strings, testing, etc
