How can you edit a com_content article when FlexiContent is active...?

Exactly

and i will investigate this more, it does not happen with FLEXIcontent only, but with other components too,

while you wait,
try posting a question here:
forum.joomla.org/
(and also searching the forum, in regards to error 404 and "language")

I was thinking of your older posts,
i (kind of) hoped that you had some information to give

anyway i will try to replicate locally (if i can replicate locally then i can test much more easily)

the weird is this a menu item is accepted if:
- it has current active language OR it has languages "ALL", so why these menus that have language "ALL" give an error 404 !! ??

Regards
