[SOLVED] Image field warning inside item form: "some values of this field have been skipped", happening for items imported via CSV

please let me recap since this seems to be getting more confusing
Flexicontent v2.xx we were uploading csv files for items just fine and the images that were uploaded to the images/stories folder with ftp loaded fine on the front/back end
update Flexicontent to v3.xx and now the same method no longer works for the images
1 of the image fields uses the folder method and the other image fields use the DB mode

During the csv upload preparation the images do not display any errors, however, the images do not display on the front end and when you open the item in the backend you get the error message.

Everything works fine if you add the images "by hand"

I will happily supply site logins as needed

- will give you ficx before release of v3.0.9, this is probably a fix that will involve 1 file
- i think this issue will appear with local testing too, if not i will ask access
