Using extra field to activate/disactivate items

I tried to follow your tuto to manage items translation, but I can't find neither the "direct translation module" nor the "Item TRANSLATE Task in items manager TAB". Did I miss something ?

You have to enable Translation Groups in FC global setting!

One question again. I suppose I have my 10 languages. I can copy an item 10 times but only choose one language per copy. Do you know if it is possible to make 10 copies, one by language, with the same form ? The idea would be to replace radio buttons by checkboxes.

I am very fresh to Joomla so I can't see how complex it is.

No, this is not possible at the moment. There are some discussions about improvements in the language handling like cloning article and category structures including the category assignments but I do know the status of this improvements.

Okay, I think I found the way to go.
We decided that we will use KMFasTrans to create quickly translations because managing 10 languages the simpliest and faster way possible is the major point. But we also need at least extra fields from FlexiContent.
The idea would be to copy extra fields values of the "flexicontent_fields_item_relations" table, from the original article to each new translation, when creating them with KMFT (extra fields values will always be the same for each "translation set"). I think it would be enough and development won't be to hard. Is it right ?
After that, we can also modify each item one by one because KMFT uses the native Joomla multilingual system, so each translatio can be an item in Flexicontent. Later, I could maybe improve the system and modify extra fields for each translation when we modify one of them.
Do you think I'm right ? Not sure I was clear

FLEXIcontent already has code for automatically translating and saving the items translations, including custom fields,

but this feature is not enabled because i need to use API of free translator as currently i am using non-free
