gestion users / categories

Hello !

mon site est comme "scindé" en deux parties.
Je voudrais donc créer deux groupes de users qui gereront chaque partie.

J'ai bien vu qu'on peut laisser chaque user editer / modifier seulement ses articles. Mais la vue reste globale

Peut-on mettre une politique par groupe, plutot que users ? est-il possible de n'afficher la vue qu'en fonction des groupes et/ou par user ?

oui dans la categorie elle meme tu peus gerer tes aCL aussi

oui mais la gestion est la meme que dans la configuration globale, c'est a dire, par owner.

n'est-il pas possible de faire de gestion par groupe plutot que par owner ?

l'item/category XXX seraient modifiable seulement par les membres du groupe A (soit les users Aa Ab Ac)
l'item/category YYY seraient modifiable seulement par les membres du groupe B (soit les users Ba Bb Bc)

or pour le moment c'est
l'item/category XXX seraient modifiable seulement par le user Aa
etcetc

J2.5 ACL has user groups too and also Access view Levels,


- 1. study tutorial of J2.5 ACL (i did this myself numerous times)
- 2. then examine 25-30 extra ACL options in FLEXIcontent Global configuration and 2-3 more in category/items

ok maybe I have not been clear enought :

I have one user database on group database.
I modified flexicontent options to allow only edit item own.

but first of all, there is no option to display item in function of ownership

it means that my user database can list all website items, even if he cannot modify it.

this is first issue

then as far as I understand, there is no real group permissions management, and conflict with restrictive ACL....I'll check it further

anyway, is there is any way to restrict the view by owner ?

Did you try not giving your users this FLEXIcontent ACL permission:

Items (Backend Tab): Display all
Allow users in the group to list all Items (in items management), otherwise the user will only see the items that he/she can edit.

-- Remove this from the user groups and backend users will be able to see only items that they can edit

yes this is what I thought, but, If I denied it I have this error :

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /path..../libraries/joomla/access/rules.php on line 107

I will check this locally , reproduce and fix it

How many items (articles) do you have totally ?

1755 for this user and this is just beginning...
