i see you use rt control template in backend it realy compatible with FLEXIcontent ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

do you really think that template is root cause if it works with my admin user and not this other user ?

in Flexicontent backend folder edit access.xml

and find
"flexicontent.managefile"
and change to
"flexicontent.managefiles"

save and relogin to backend, then you will be asked to update permission, click to do so ..., then assign permissions in FLEXIcontent Component Configuration
