Do you have any news concerning this issue? Or any workaround for the moment (i need to 2 different search menu item, depending on the category and, with the hack you gave me, i can't)?

v2.0.3 will have a "default" menu item to get configuration, when current page is not search view menu item !!
v2.0.3 will come at end of weeks (/weekend)
