Je viens de faire la modification dans les fichiers de mon nouveau template, de les sauvegarder et de vider le cache, mais cela ne semble pas fonctionner ... Y a-t-il autre chose ?

tu a bien la modification dans le bon fichier (_html5 ou sans en fonction de l'option choisie) ?

non ta modif n'était pas dans category_items.php à la ligne 12XX, je l'ai rajouter
